new stuff & unexpcted smiles.
Hello everyone.
Back a bit to update some stuff!

I was quite busy!

Thurs I hopped down to Chinatown in hopes of exchanging TWD. Alas, the rate's so bad now!
Trotted around the yangtzekiang cinema, yes the old one with the porn flicks!

SO DAMN SURREAL PLEASE.

Traveling upwards in search of it is like entering the twilight zone, everything brings me back years ago, and when I finally found the place , it was so.... aiyah. Next time I will take pictures.

Anyhow, on saturday I woke up early for an assignment for my freelance job.
It was to double check whether the model arrives early for the advertisement shoot and that things go smoothly, once the filming begins I can leave already.

So I got the luck to take a peek into,

http://www.naumihotel.com/

LITERALLY. BEAUTIFUL boutique hotel.
My cousin and I were like :0 at the stuff, even the toiletries were Kiehl's.

Though i might be a small building but the rooms are rather spacious and the price's is rather hefty too at $260 for the cheapest room.

The model that my company was presenting was Charlotte, from France, Paris.
She was raving about Singapore's weather, saying that day's weather was PERFECT. -.-|| My cousin says Europeans love their sunshine.

The hotel room had a "living room area: to watch TV.

Reading corner beside the couch.

One side of the room has a wall of mirror with frosted designs, there was also a mini-kitchen bar with a microwave oven and sink.

Bedroom area, it's not really a room as the "wall" surrounding it can be louvered open.

Now for the one place all of us run to look at first in a hotel room whahaha:

They have an enclosed showering area with a seating slab in it as well with a bath tub. The lighting was perfect in it and it was indeed spacious.

Hahaha, customary mirror shot.

We left soon after. While we were walking around,

Rather interesting sights.

Cousin felt like eating Ma Maison, so I obliged and here we are,

Ma Maison's service was excellent, apparently the person taking the orders are all Japanese at the Bugis branch. Even though they didn't have the Mentaiko Spaghetti that was served in Central, the server promptly told me that they could whip it up for me.

We forgot to take a picture of the food -.- Anyhow, Mentaiko spaghetti is some sort of aglio olio pasta without any sauces, stir fried with roe. It was yummy, but Central's method and cooking of it was better, it can be clearly seen that Bugis' one overcooked the roe and was sparse with it.

Oh and today, saw lydia at AMK while out with bf. That stupid woman flew across the road after her bf after saying hello only. -.-||

Plus plus plus!
I invested in a 2 buck measuring tape. LOL
Not for my maintenance job somemore as in maintenance I sorely am very dependent on standardized measurements of floor tiles and false ceiling boards to measure the lenght of a room or place. HAHAHA.

Was kinda amused that even though my maintenance job requires such a manly tool , I am actually using it for other purposes. Furthermore, when I was young , I couldn't care less when I misplace my measuring tape thinking that I would never have to use one, but look where I am now. HAHAHA.

Oh well, one more unseemingly unexpected tool to add to my life.
