Happy 7th anniversary

Well guys.

It's the 5th year for me as a blogger on blogger.com

5 memorable years that flew past so fast.

To put it literally, it has been 7 long years since I started the habit of blogging.

Secondary 3. Thanks to a friend I made on Mirc, whom I later got to add on MSN and she posted her blog link via her nick name.

I clicked on it and found it a rather neat idea instead of always penning my thoughts down on paper which my mother was susceptible to find it and do it online instead, where my not so tech savvy mother would not find it and it would be much more convenient for me as well.

I started out with the now defunct blog-city.

Infinitus.blog-city.com I remember.

With the stupid standard templates and such.

Whole word chunky posts, with twit writing LyKe ThIs and no pictures.

Slowly, my blogging evolved, into paragraphing, and hot-linking pictures from livejournal.

I slowly delved into a more narrative style , and discovered photo bucket and learned HTML all from scratch. Til today I still use html codings for my posts.

And made a rather big decision to move over to blogger, where I would be able to customise my blog's template and such.

Blog-city deleted my blog after not updating it, and it was rather disappointing, there were much memories in there.

Started out with infinito-.blogspot.com

First ever blogspot post here.

I had changed the title over time and found that I could not change it back to infinito- due to blogger disallowing the hyphen.

Thus after much thought, and since I met Joel, I changed it to doteonme.blogspot.com all because I wanted him to dote on me more.

My stupid whiny confession post over here.

Reading it over, I wanted to slap myself for being so retarded and whiny. Maybe it was because of the lack of sleep that day,

However, it did rake in a whole lot of memories. From Joel's reactions and a lot of things which unfolded after.

Looking at that post and comparing the present with then, I am glad to say , not much has changed, but it is inevitable, people left me along the way.

Ever since that year, when Joel and I got together, I've neglected "celebrating" my blogging anniversary.

The rest of the posts which were near that date were:

4th year's
5th year blogging.
6th year

I guess this year, it suddenly popped into my head.

So let me summarise what has been going on with my life in a nutshell into the 7th year of blogging.

- I attempted and adopted different writing techniques
- I do know and am aware that I have multiple grammatical/spelling errors but I am just so lazy I can't be bothered.

- I've grown to be more pessimistic on the outlook of Singaporean men in general

- The person who I've centered my life around to has walked.

- I faced multiple set backs.

- I got my first job after my graduation and soon I have to leave it too due to my studying.

- Really traveled a lot since I got a job.

- Experienced many new things locally as well as overseas.

- I entered Uni, into a course which I actually can excel in because of my interest in it.

- My friendship with certain people have waned, and after some events, my bond with certain friends have strengthened.

So, everyone, in a post where I should say,

" Happy 7 years, here's to several years ahead!"

I am sorry to say, no, I can't.

I am going to start afresh.

I know it is a great pity etc etc, that this site has great ranking, great viewership levels and great networking across the internet scape but I'm sorry, it is also due to you guys that my site has reached such awesome viewer count and often, gave me great perks such as movie tickets or party invites.

If Doteonme, can garner such readership levels within 4 years, I'm sure in time to come, maybe my new blogging space may be as successful but I highly doubt so now as I really want a private space to work in.

I have plenty of stupid thoughts and ideas I want to pen down but held back as sometimes, I think I will regret posting it after reading, such as above said links.

Thus, a new private space for myself would be a great way to kick start my no holds barred writing again.

at a loss for words

I spent a good few minutes with my hands hovering above the keyboard trying to think of an apt title for this.

So I just settled with what was really happening, that I am at a loss for words to truly culminate everything that has been running through my head.

Its over.

The entire debacle between Joel and I is over.
Found out he had a lot of issues with me that he kept mum about or I just didn't clue in and that he knew he didn't have feelings for me since the period I went Japan coz he threw everything away. That had me finding out his little lie again.

It was kind of bad just now. There was pulling, tugging, yelling and a whole lot of crying.
At the end of the day, it ended at my void deck with him cutting up all the stuff we made together and crud like a porcupine soft toy he won for me.

I was crying like a nutty over that one because I found it damn cute and it was the first ever prize toy someone won for me.

He sliced through a hell lot of our photos and at the end of the day, he threw out a whole lot stuff just to show me that yes, it was over.

It was kind of scary, to actually look at someone whom you thought you knew so well, and find him so unrecognizable.

The words that came out of Joel Kua Zi Xiang's mouth cannot be told from a lie or a truth.
(I realised that when I call people by their full names, my eyes narrow into slits. Hmmm)
I guess that was the part that did it when I realised it.

We parted ways after a hug and he set off north bound as I trudged up to post this.

He was saying that he meant EVERYTHING he said then, just that NOW, everything has changed, thus different circumstances.

To me, I always knew that we shouldn't say stuff we don't intend or am absolutely sure we cannot keep, thus to me, his reasoning was deplorable.

But that's just me. And that's just him being him.

I know a whole lot of you are like getting sick of hearing this drama about us but hell. My blog, my world.

Most of you think I'm dumb and incorrigible for placing faith in that dude, especially after all the crap he'd put me through with his constants omissions, lies, indecisiveness and all but I'm sorry.

Your friend is a hopeless romantic, deal with it.

I'm 90% emotions, 10% logic. Even though I know it won't work , if I feel like it, I'll do it

And that is me. As irresponsible and inane as it may seem, it is me.

And I love me for this particular factor that I am still able to love even though I grew up in a surrounding much devoid of it.

I chose to believe that even though the scene set out before me propagates it as so, that true love is something that is not fiction.

I learned from an early age to cherish, as death is unpredictable.

I made up my mind at a very young age, that even though in life I would want to do well in my career, my priorities would always be my loved ones.

And that will always be the case to me and I hope I never go astray.

I need to leave this blog now people.

I started out

with two posts one day. Two labels for the same subject however I found that writing for one side of it was particularly hard, thus I decided I'd just have to mash the two up together for the finale whereas for this penultimate post you'd have to make do with other ramblings of mine.

Well, currently I have started out on building up a few blogs for my own usages, I plan on carrying out a few projects altogether and am rather looking forward to not having to work but am rather dulled by the fact I won't have much spending money for my miscellaneous items.

I do still have a few items on my wish list ;3

I am trying v hard to raise cash to try and pay up for something as borrowing the money is not really on the agenda, however I do know my limits and if I can't handle it, I would have to borrow.

Many people have asked me on the suddenness of the prospect of being jobless, well, it definitely wasn't planned I'll give you that.

Was thinking I could place all my work materials ( measuring tape, mini LED light, wet wipes, hp, money etc) in it and throw it into my big bag so whenever I make my rounds I can just leave the huge bag in the office and walk around with this small thing.

Alas, once back in SG, my Mr Bean boss told me that it was not to be. So as they said, that is how the cookie crumbles.

I think I am getting into a mighty big heap of trouble in work though, am seriously in the "ORD" mood already ever since they told me I would have to resign.

Bean boss told me to stay a while more to give the next candidate the chance to apply for his "notice" of a month, thus I will be throwing letter in the middle of the month I guess.

Oh, as you all know I've also volunteered myself into the big sporting event in August.
Kind of excited, it has a bit of the NDP feeling in it. You know? The kind of like " What a stupid event, nobody cares about it yada yada" feeling but only us involved people would know how epic it was because it really wasn't about who cared about it, it was more about how much fun WE had in it. Hahaha.

Joel was going all, " It's stupid" at me and was incredulous when I told him I volunteered saying it was a waste of my time.

I think he truly mixed up the meaning of "waste". Oh the irony!

Things have been looking up in school, I have spent more time with certain classmates.
I was really very touched by the gestures of the male classmates.
Every time they look at me, they'd always offer to take my bag as they don't feel comfortable seeing me carry such a huge bag. Seriously, gentlemen like them are hard to find these days.

Good news for one of my uni mates. I've went out with him a few times, we had really great amicable chats, and there was one point of time we bumped into a particular girl he was raving about.

"Her personality is very damn nice." He said.

"Oh? Then why don't you chase after her?" I countered.

" Well, I am sorry to say that I know it may sound superficial but I have the notion that I'm young and I would want the best for myself?" He said unconvincingly.

"Fiddlesticks. She looks fine." I sneered.

And he just shrugged sheepishly, but in my heart I was like , " T_T NOOOOOO NOT ANOTHER GOOD GUY TURN BAD SUPERFICIAL IDIOT!"

Guess who recently snagged himself a gf then? And the very same girl I was mentioning above! And yeap, he was damn embarrassed about it and I feel very happy for him and really do hope he'll be loads happy in future to come.

GLEE

I really dislike musicals.
I'd always fast forward all the singing parts in disney shows.
The only Disney song I actually have an inkling of remembrance would be Beauty and the Beast's theme song. I did like that cartoon, stupid clock and candle holder.

My cousin highly recommended me to watch Glee sometime back.

I straight out refused due to the musical numbers they did.
However, one night, out of desperation to just watch some show to take my mind off things, I just clicked on Glee.

And I've been hooked ever since. The story line goes real fast, and all but I am enchanted upon such an idea of a "show choir".

I was once drafted into choir in primary school, I sincerely disliked it, especially the songs.
I blame my big rib cage on choir practice! HMPH. Hahahahaha!

Glee is about a "show choir" club made up of at least 12 members and the songs performed in the series are truly, my type of music.

Defying Gravity

Truly one of my favourites ever since I heard it featured on Ugly Betty.

The song is a number of the broadway musical "Wicked".

For those who don't really have an inkling, "Wicked" is the "Prequel" to the Wizard of Oz. It shows the growing up stages of Elphaba ( The wicked witch) and the good witch etc etc. WIKIPEDIA IT.

Journey - Don't stop believing.

Ah, my discovery of Journey all happened thanks to Supernatural. It started off with the song " wheel in the sky" and I got the whole album and this was one of the few songs I didn't delete.
Loved the ending when all the boys sang "do you know what it feels like to be a girl". ;)

Watching Glee really made me reminisce the days I'd just spend hours lying on the bed just listening to the radio.

Today, for the first time in a rather long time I actually fell asleep in school.
I found out yesterday that the essay and presentation I did was wrong and had to work throughout the night changing everything. I didn't sleep a wink.

During the long break, I couldn't take it and just fell asleep on the table in the student hub, only to wake up to find my classmates surrounding me doing stuff and watching videos.

I must say, even though it is very weird, I bloody miss this scene.

I really missed waking up from a cat nap to being surrounded by friends.
In NP, Ronald would be beside me playing dota, and Weeky on the other side playing some game too while the rest slacked around the area of effect around me and if the lecturer was coming to check on us, they'd nudge me up.

It just feels nice to open my eyes and the first thing I is someone smiling at me I guess, from time to time.

If there is one thing I hate most in life would be me being kept uncertain of things

I often want to get to the root of the problem asap, I never want to leave a problem unsolved before sleeping and my mood really fluctuates when I am left to paranoia.

Anyhow, random topic of the day.

Sometimes, I do think that being female is tough.

Let's just talk about the physical aspects.

We have a lot of pampering items etc in life yes, however the changes our bodies have to endure monthly is no small feat to some.

I have friends who roll over in pain every month and cannot do anything about it.

My symptoms, ever since I started working, were a hassle.

Some have pimples, some have appetite increasing and a lot of other symptom.

There was once, I did not eat the entire day and just had one red bean bun.
By standards of any other normal day I had then, it was definitely alright, I was used to it.

However, the "aunt" decided to visit that day.

The pain was so excruciating, the cold sweat was forming on my forehead and I almost passed out in a toilet cubicle. My eyeballs just kept rolling upwards and I knew that it I didn't get out of the cubicle, I was going to be found lying there.

My situation escalated ever since I got hospitalized and when the gastric started.

Pains were more frequent and inevitable, sometimes even had to take medication, I never used to take any at all man.

The worse however, would be the fatigue. Damn.

I find that I can sleep for more than 15hrs straight on the day before it arrives.
Just because I am that tired.

The week thereafter, sheer tiredness.

I find myself adopting other habits like further consumption of coffee or sugar to help with keeping awake, to little avail.

Thus, sometimes, when the guys at work or around me like to poke fun at women having PMS or just plain insult, I do fervently wish one day somehow they magically morph into a girl version of themselves.

I mulled over the fact whether I would have the same sentiments as the text however I find myself in deep doubt over it.

If I were to see someone that I wished so hard for, I sincerely wouldn’t be happy just seeing him or her for a second.

I have a confession to make.

After the break up I lost control of many things.

I tried really really hard to pull everything up together, to be responsible and take care of other people’s hearts before mine by ensuring them that I’m alright ( but I’m not…) and I neglect the building up of the tumultuous feelings inside.

How I wish I can eat away the feeling that has been gnawing hungrily inside of me.

I went shopping today, been a long time since I’ve done so.

It didn’t help that everyone was disgusted at me and screaming at me to lose weight.

It didn’t help that everybody thought I was just using it as an excuse.

No, it didn’t help at all.

And when I was in that topshop changing room trying on baggy dress after dress.

I couldn’t help but feel immensely sad at the rashes, the scratches and the weight gain I’ve inflicted on myself.

But that gnawing feeling inside of me just didn't go away.

And I don’t know how to get rid of it.

WTF!.

I came home to realise what the fucks is sticking up from my table?
As though a layer got peeled up like that, then I noticed, its the freaking LAMINATE!

WTFWTFWTFWTF!

And then I noticed the pool of water on the table!

The brother filled up my water canister but didn't put it in a proper position and the water leaked all over the table.

And since the table is made from compressed chip board, once water gets in only, it'll start to expand thus bursting through the laminate.

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you a story

There's this couple who were together for 6 years.
One day, the guys started to treat the girlfriend differently.
Slowly, the girl broke it off with him when she realised that the guy was hankering over a new girl he met.

That guy just started to blame the girl and said it was her fault etc etc, and didn't even admit to liking a new girl and stuff like that.

6 years, poof, just like that.
The disgusting part was that the girl the guy was hankering after knew about this guy and all the shit he did, yet she still got together with him.

I pity the girl, but I will not be sympathetic.
You may be really happy now, but time is going to show how conniving lies can be and maybe, just maybe if you're lucky, you'll be able to catch a glimpse of the truth behind his lies and escape.

If you get married, good for you girl, just wait a little while more and forever be in doubt that one day, maybe after 6 or 10 years, he's going to come home to you but be thinking about the new girl he met somewhere.

I don't care what men say when they get into trouble or deep shit to cover their asses.

Most of the things I always hear are:

" I MEANT IT THEN, BUT THINGS ARE DIFFERENT, YOU CAN'T EXPECT THINGS NOT TO CHANGE"

" YOU'VE CHANGED, YOU'RE THE ONE THAT CAUSED ALL THIS"

The WORST kind of men are the ones who are the assholes, YET they are in denial and automatically zoom in to try and pick at your flaws by saying stuff like,

" YOU THINK YOU'RE DAMN GOOD? PLEASE, YOU ARE NOTHING. YOU WERE A SHITTY GF"

I've had the unfortunate luck of actually dating a guy that happened to fall under the "in denial" category.
We were supposed to remain friends, but I guess he didn't want to because the mere sight or mention of me would just remind him of what a shitty person he is, inside and out.

So to cope with that guilt or to make himself feel better, the mechanics of getting new friends or stuff is in line.
It happens to all of us.

You know the feeling?

When you get tired of old friend because they used to know you and all your shit but the new friends you made don't rag you on your shit you did and stuff?

So, is that supposed to make you into a better person?

That article, 'You are who your friends are', does ring true to a certain extent.
I have witnessed idiots who are like lambs. Using the guise of "just because their friends are doing it, why can't they? " and proceed to fuck themselves up.

HOWEVER, I too have witness people of strong moral character.
Who refuse to bow down to stupidity.
Who knows what the hell is RIGHT or WRONG, and knows how to look deep beneath the facade and know how to handle situations.
These people are rare and few.

Yet, people just don't seem to want to be those kind of people, the good kind.
Ah C'est la vie.

I would seriously like to know one day, what was going through the minds of all these people. The ones that don’t give a damn about people they hurt and are always in self denial.

Sure people deserve to be happy, how sure are you about that for yourself?

I wrote two separate posts.

One highlighting the bad points and the other highlighting the positive points of a person.

You know those sayings about like, " Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." and yada yada.

Well. I'm sorry I don't agree.

I used to think it was true, and maybe one day, under circumstances, it will come true but for now I don't really think it is true.

Take H, the ex bf for instance.

One day when I was going wonkers, me finding a small gift from him calmed me down and made me smile.

Coz it makes me think of the nice things of him, however that doesn't really stop me from remembering the catastrophic ending it had as well.

What I am trying to say is, is it really possible that something that ended so bad, can be something good next time?

I do know that good things can turn bad, if it ended bad that is for sure.

Recently, I've come to realised that living in Singapore ain't exactly a bad thing.

You just need a lot of imagination.

Imagination is something that I used to relish, however I found myself forcibly quelling it as I grew older.

When I was younger, if I do spot a mentally disturbed person, I'd immediately look away or try to avoid him/her.

You could say I was afraid, but I wasn't afraid of them, more of like I was afraid of becoming them.

I had a wild imagination back then, it will be a whole can of worms if I open them now.

I could just spend hours staring at the ceiling away and my form teacher in Pri 2 was visibly very angry at the fact I can just space out in her class and even wrote it in my report book.

Sometimes, while imagining things, my face would contort itself unknowingly either smiling and mouthing words.

That's when I started reigning the imagination in.

I forced myself to not think so much about it, forced myself to stick my head in the now, and told myself what was the bloody use thinking of so many things that may never happen in my lifetime?!

I could have written several stories based on the thoughts I had, however, the fear of my thoughts over riding was there.

And it just stopped.

I won't say it stopped completely, but the stuff I imagine these days would be, more toned down.

Like the other day at the bus interchange, my mp3 player suddenly played Steve Aoki's - Warp, just nice some bus driver was walking across the bus lot.

Guess what scene was playing in my head.

Hahaha, I was aware however my mouth was twining away into a smile.

This weekend

was a crazy one.
Plenty of things happened.
I don't recognise me anymore sometimes.
Yet seeing people in a similar plight as me somehow gave me courage.

And I have somewhat, decided on a rather rash decision. I know it is not a solution, as it is only temporary but I think, for the sake of myself, I need to, I want to.

And if possible, make it a long permanent one instead of a temporary one if all goes well.

Sometimes, people don't know how much their presence affects people.
I learned this a few weeks back before I went Japan.

It could be for work, it could be a simple decision to just stay back, it could be a simple decision to take another form of transportation home that day and somehow, affect someone's life altering decision greatly.

The day my colleague decided to stay back in the office.

The day Daryl called before I uncorked the bottle.

Plain, mundane things, that people will never know have a great impact on me, but on that day at that time, it did.

Last night the last song played was this one.

And I was silently cursing the band for playing it as I was literally struggling not to tear up to ruin a good night.

It is rather hard, to admit, that the person who you have come to love, and would take a bullet for, or regard as your family, at the end of the day just 180 deg flip and does not regard you in the same way.

Maybe this is why I am having difficulty.

It is like you're a soldier who fought for your country long and hard, lost a limb and only to find out your nation has betrayed you and will not come back for you after its retreat.

Oh well.

I am about to embark on another series of adventure that may or may not end well.
Who is to know, I only know I live for it. I don't want to go past these few months picking up pieces by myself, its really hard for me, I've tried.

Some of you may fuck me upside down for doing it but I really hope not. I really treasure your opinions and your thoughts, I do know you only say the hurtful things for my own good but I do hope, just this one, give me a green light and wait it out for me to try it.

Just like how I stood by you all these years.

I know as a friend, we a have a natural instinct to stop friends from hurting themselves or do something stupid to themselves. We try our best to make them feel good about themselves, and try to protect them if we must.

Maybe to you, this is not your definition of a friend, but sometimes, you don't know maybe you yourself will fall under these definitions as my friend.

These are our prerogatives. In actual truth, you really may not know what is going on in the friend's thoughts and wishes.

I fought really hard, no one knows except me because I am the only one that sees myself in the mirror when anything happens, nobody else is around. I just need someone to be around.

And I realised after the other day, it doesn't matter if I alone keep fighting for it.

He has to fight too.

When I was really really at my wits end and emotionally drained when I was defending him all the way, he wasn't around, he wasn't helping, he wasn't supporting me.

And now, all the damage he's done , he thinks it will go away by ending it all once and for all.

He stated that it has been dragging for almost a year now, that was the exact same thing Ah woo said and I was so touched. Ah Woo remembered.

Now here's the thing he forgot.

Things got back together by the year end last year.
We resolved issues, compromised and set things out.

He was the one to forget out agreements.
He now cites that I dredge up past events to compare but I think otherwise.

I just find that the way he speaks to me recently is of a very impatient manner and he is constantly shouting at me, even though he does not realise it himself.

If he does not want an " us" it does not matter how hard I fight, I can face down the whole world and burn the skies for all you care, but it just doesn't matter anymore.

I used to think that love was something of mere happenstance, but over the years, the enticing glitter and glossy exterior peeled off to show a more hardy covering that was crafted out of practice and a lot of work.

I haven't been feeling super well in spirits lately.
All thanks to my cracking down in a cab one early noon thanks to that mfing cab driver.

Yes, it was that long ago, but somehow you know sometimes you're just damn angry and cannot do anything then you just tear?

That was how f-ed up I felt in the cab.

I wanted to write a super long letter, but every time I get to the keyboard my inspirations go up into a wisp of smoke.

I could only watch miserably as I try to grasp the fleeting last few sentences that I want to write before just totally giving up and go do something else.

If only technology was advanced enough to create some sort of thought projector, maybe that will save me more time and propel me faster into the movie making industry.

There was definitely a struggle to find back the writer in me, and it still hangs in limbo.

Today, was rather interesting, I have one Indian OM who chats with me all the time. He wanted to build some storage space under the stair case so he took me to see where the grilles were supposed to be installed.

Freaked out when I saw a pair of legs not moving under the stairs, turns out a bunch of boys were hiding from the OM behind me coz the area is out of bounds to students.

The boy cheekily placed a finger on his lips while I arched an eyebrow and went the other way.

They made their grand escape whilst the OM was scolding another few boys.
Not a very clean escape though, halfway running across the field the OM turned around and spotted them running, OM could only yell after them.

Later while making my rounds at other blocks in the school they came to find me and thank me for not "ratting" them out. Twas pleasantly surprised.

Very amused in fact. Reminded me of our stupid antics in secondary school ourselves.

What was more amusing was that my OM was bantering on about where am I going to go on holiday next with my bf? And I was like, " I no more bf already."

Then he went, " HUH!? That time go TW go with him what happen?"

"He go in uni say no time for me already."

The OM went, " Bloody bastard!"

I burst out laughing. AGAIN, wished I had the thought projector to rewind that few seconds. You'd laugh too.

Oliner came to eat lunch with me at Tiong Bahru Plaza on Wed.

Last friday, went out to have dinner with Poly friends at Orchard Hotel's Tony Romas.

Before heading there went to meet up with one of them first.

Standing infront of the mirrored lobby of Plaza Singapura, he told me ," Very compatible hor?"

I twisted my head to look around for couples but then he said, " we 2 la!"

I was like -.- and started pointing out the differences and he also started laughing.

That was Weeky, my FYP mate, the sweet dude who bought me roses for Grad day and was nice enough to carry my bag for me that day because I was complaining my feet hurt.

Even offered me his shoes.

Now why can't I fall for a guy like that -.-
Well, for Weeky and I truth to be told, we are srsly like cousin status. Friends that are meant to remain friends for the rest of their lives meeting up every now and then go dancing and drink beer, and when we're old, still indulge in salacious and seamy gossip.

Felt very conscious at the dinner table, I was the only one who ate 6 ribs, I noticed everyone else had lesser than mine , stopped soon after.

So if you see me pigging out in front of you even though you poke fun at my weight, take comfort in the fact that I'm myself with you.

Went to eat Rochor beancurd after with Uni friends. Yea, I am making friends, today we went to braddell heights CC to sing KTV too ;)

Found out something in common today, they've got a bit of the chinese-ness in them too.

Went to celebrate Cattie's birthday last Saturday.
Lovely time with the girls, felt so nostalgic.

We ate this Japanese restaurant where I had sukiyaki and I heckled them all to the basement to buy the crepes Linjie introduced.

We then had a sur of the moment thing to go sit the reverse bungee at clark quay.

The reverse bungee, was AWESOME. The view from the top and when you are in mid suspension is breath taking.

The Swing, oh I got owned by that one.
That one is highly recommended for people who feel like dying.

You can't hold on to anything unless you are at the edge of the seats and you have to push the lever yourself to let go of the swing.

The first attempt failed. I pushed the lever like crazy til I strained my arm. Felt very breathless when they had to bring us down to fix the lever.

None the less went on it again after they fixed it.

The rush was fast, and I should have known I'd wanted to puke -.-

If there was one theme park machine I cannot handle it would be the viking ship.

The swing is something like that and immediately after I felt like puking.

I said my goodbyes to the girls and then went in search of a toilet.

Puked.

Roy drove us out of clark quay, half way I thought he was going on the highway, requested to stop at the bus stop first,

Puked.

Then reached fei fei, went toilet,

puked again.

TF was like asking wendy whether I was drinking -.-

Really. Terribly. Amusing.

I wonder whether that feeling was equivalent to drinking too much alcohol?

The boys and Di took very good care of the puking zr.

Puking zr promised them all TCC coffee.

Puking zr also wanted to hug the girls goodnight when leaving but was on the verge of puking, think they'd scream.

Puking zr wants to thank the girls, and the boys for their companionship these few days as well.
Again, the words that I have carefully formulated to describe my heartfelt rawness and "awwww- ness" at them is going up in smoke.

My friends around me have been very nice. Thank you babies, you know who you guys and gals are ;)

Sunday, yesterday, I felt quite accomplished.

Twice I directed 2 different aunts on that day in the car on the road to destinations I was not familiar with jsut by reading off road signages.

We did get a little lost la, but all in all what matters was that WE GOT HOME. -.-

That brother la, get license in the end also going to another place he get us lost.

Spent 2 hrs on the road trying to get there and then back for just ONE trip.

C'est la vie.

My life now seems to be around guys.

Girls around me tend to be very busy with their lives.
Its a constant thing since after O levels.

Well, yesterday I requested for Hou Soon to accompany me to print my info poster, in which he said he was SUMMONED instead.

It was VERY nice of him to do so and MFER he denying A LOT OF THINGS, I must meet up with Cat , Angel and Iris to ask stuff.

Hou soon was also asking me why I never ask iris and angel out, was it because he was a spare tire?

I told him I bet with him iris and angel will not be able to make it one today.
As it was a last minute spur of the moment thing.

And you know what the dodo bird did?!

He went to tell loads and LOADS of lies to the 2 of them JUST to get the bet money -.-

Today, I ate lunch with Wan Leng at Tiong Bahru Plaza, she had lessons first so I went to camp out my MAC lab to use the Macs to do work.

It was REALLY crowded today, and we had quite a bit of fun with the photo booth function, watching youtube videos and such.

After lesson, I ran home.
Ate a lonely dinner and seriously just slacked away the night.
Jerry came to pick me up at 10pm as he wanted company on the car ride to CCK to pass his friend something.

We drove ALL the way to TUAS, because we got LOST AGAIN!

However that omala went,

I LITERALLY burst out laughing, then started firing back that it was him who got lost ok! Make it sound so nice!

After we FINALLY managed to find the place, we went to pick EH up at Central, then off we went to eat supper at ECP and then off home.

Omala said that he was VERY thankful that in the middle of the night, I do not call him shouldI get weepy as he says he would KILL me, he sacrifices his sleep for NO ONE but his other good friend.

EH says that when he's in camp , he won't entertain but when outside maybe he will.

Today, woke up early.

Went to office, took a cab to school, got VERY pissed off at the bloody driver.
Got down his cab and took a comfort cab instead.

Lessons ended and I went to work again, then went to meet Lydia, bought a pair of so called cheapo running shoes from Fila. I hope they actually ARE running shoes ;\

The nike stupid thingy for the human race thing is a bloody 99 bucks JUST for the tracker alone, you still have to purchase a pair of shoes with the chip embedded in it, I was like WUT! NO FKING WAY.

Lyd accompanied me to finally eat that ichiban sushi $5 wafu pasta. I have been eyeing that place since a long time ago for the 5 bucks pasta. Just that no one to go with and always no time.

She went off soon after and I tottered over to my aunts' place.

One of my aunts sat beside me at the dining table while I was reading and asked me whether ZX has contacted me and I said no, then she asked whether did I contact him yet, told her no, she immediately pounced and said, "GOOD! DON'T CONTACT HIM! Don't cheapen yourself"

I was like , -.-

"You got to give him time, even if now there is someone prettier and smarter than you beside him now and he chooses her, then he is not worth it as well! You don't want to be with this type of person do you!"

I agree. Whole-heartedly. It is just the process I am going through now is not very easy.

If I were to describe it I would describe it in a way that I am an amnesiac currently having flash backs of the past.

And its happening randomly , fast and furiously.
Every time I listen to a song, every time I look at something, every time I read something, a flash back occurs.

And it is not a very great feeling, sure , people all say the, " Don't cry because its over, smile because it happened!" Shit but since long ago I don't believe in that shitty invalid sentence.

Who won't be upset that something that can make you smile, is actually over?

Yes, I have been extremely busy.
This entire week has been challenging and awesome.
I successfully attended ALL classes, without being late. Well except for those occasional 5-10 mins late. Due to those mistakes like getting out of the wrong train station and all. WTF.

Whole lot of things! Was quite an awesome week in fact.
First things first though,

Daryl's family treated us few friend to the buffet dinner at the restaurant.
It was a wonderful one, very yummy food and awesome ambiance.

First day of school!

First day of school was kinda good, met some people and bumped into a VERY old friend.

Still remember wan leng??! YES! SHE IS IN THE SAME CLASS AS ME. Srsly, the moment I saw her I was like. OMGOSH!

That day, I had a 3 hrs break, so I pestered Jerry to go try out the Trader's hotel buffet lunch with me after I went to visit a school.

It was 1 for 1! Each person only $20!!!!

However, I must say the spread wasn't very good, don't even have sashimi and they do cater to vegetarians quite a bit!

They had a salad bar, Japanese sushi counter, cold mussels and prawns. Dessert bar with AWESOME desserts and the mains, the mains were a little disappointing along with the preparing food counter in which they served "local" delights" -.- Like that I might as well just go hawker center and eat my carrot cake right?

Went back to school stuffed.

The entire week in fact, I have been practically working/studying.

Is quite tiring!

As you can see from my twitter/facebook statuses, life has been.. eventful.

From being chased by a hornet to just nice reaching the bus stop the second the rain hit the ground.

I was like asking my boss somemore, " WE ALL GOT INSURANCE ONE ANOT! What if that hornet stung me!!?"

On Thursday, I went to meet up with Mao and Linjie! Been ages!!!!

We had a lot of sweet stuff that day!

It was interesting catching up with each other, we definitely had a lot of laughs and exclamations upon hearing stories during the period of time we never meet up. LOL, he should be at Taiwan right now as I am typing this. Gone for NS training again.

I cracked open my book yesterday to do some reading and was quite appalled when even I could not absorb what I read.

So I went online to search and thank got there were abridged versions like wikipedia.

I even went to click on Youtube to find people talking about the topic I was reading on, the youtube guy was very nice in replying to my comment and suggesting other reads to me.

Oh well. READING TIME!

P.S: One of my lecturers told us that actually getting a degree was all about reading and more reading, in fact people used to ask where were you READING your degree at and people would reply that they were READING at Oxford or Harvard etc.

Yes you guessed right,BAD BREATH! I am sure it does not only apply to me and it is practically universal, well, maybe not to people who can't smell?

I had a date once with a guy who had the most foul breath ever. EVER.
He didn't even need to speak, the moment he opened his mouth slightly, I would be looking around to see which dustbin/stinky thing that stench was coming from.

It could be because he smoked, or it could be because of bad oral hygiene but that one factor definitely put a damper on things.

Even speaking to him was a problem, imagine even going close to his face to give a peck. I'm not very squeamish but imagine if I were and everytime I kissed him I'd get the urge to hurl.

Well, I guess someone who couldn't be bothered to take care of basic hygiene standards wouldn't be bothered to put in extra effort to impress the date. You can guess how that ended up like ;D

The weather really befits the tumbling of thoughts in my head.
These days, I am having such weird dreams.

These weeks I haven't felt much as well. I need someone to help me out of the doldrums.

Omala brought me out with a camp buddy of his last night to have supper.
He screamed at me at Blk 85 to wake up in Cantonese. 妈的！These days always scream at me only.

He just doesn't know the entire story only.
I really want to just... don't mind about everything but somehow it seems difficult.

Oh well, school is starting, you guys cross your fingers for me that I'll be able to feel again ok?

Had a nice day out with Jacq! It has been AGES since I've last stepped into Far East Plaza.
Damn man, some of the prices I saw just made me gag la. The absurdity of it all!

Did buy a school bag though ;3 I was so happy I was tugging at Jacq the entire time while the cashier looked at me oddly.

I am now missing :

- blue writing pen
- another mechanical pencil
- Some nice keychain for my bag

12th August - Lady Gaga's concert

Bumped into Mei Hui & Baozha there.
The wait for Lady Gaga's appearance was HIDEOUS. They literally stuffed the entire fort canning park to the brim and the queue cutting was atrocious.

The opening act wasn't that great and neither was the crowd, only great thing about the crowd was that they weren't pushing.

15th August - Weeky/Angel day

The day started off with me getting up, helping Weeky get something from Chinatown, then hopping on the purple line to Vivo to wait for the rest of them.

Jason soon came and cabbed with me to 1 Deg. 15 in Sentosa for his exclusive birthday party of 20 boys & girls on a yacht.

The "sleeping rooms" So odd right!

It was an awesome experience, we sailed off from the deck to a clearing near St. John Island where we had the chance to just to swim/kayak around. Just nice when the sun was setting as well.

Lost one side of my earrings though =( SUPER SAD.

It soon became dark though,

The ship crew soon turned on the lights.
Hahaha.

Ongoing activity in the yacht while traveling to another destination,

Haha, loved how the friend just don't care go and pull Weeky's hair to draw on his face. LOL

The crew brought us near to Sentosa for a short surprise.

Then when the ship was returning back to dock, all of Weeky's friends sat around to play stuff. Haha Which were rather interesting!

Hami melon quest.

The other day, I got in a car with my aunt, and my aunts are very known for their dogged manner in avoiding any other type of cars except Toyotas.

They especially dislike BMWs due to their "heavy" gear or something like that.

So imagine my surprise when I got in the car and was like WOAH! TOYOTA so upclass already ah!? Look at above picture.

Aunt looked at me funnily before saying that I was sitting in a merc -.- I ACTUALLY MISTOOK THE LOGO FOR TOYOTA! D; And I was like , "WHATTTT!?!!"

And yes, she wasn't comfortable in driving it, she was only driving it coz it was more convenient at the moment. I could see she was being extra cautious when turning and everything.

I wonder why. European cars that "heavy"?

This was the amount of Hami melons my aunt bought.

Craziness. ALL hami melons and a packet of kitchen toilet roll.

Apparently they were on offer, so Aunt purposely roped me in to help her carry all the melons home.

On a whim, I went to watch District 9 with Daryl, TF & HL, to chase off the Monday blues. They exceptionally nice to bring me out for a drink later at Wala wala to hear out my woes.

The live band was great as well.

For that, am damn grateful.

Was a very impromptu trip to Parkway to try and get some back to school stuff. Dragged out Jacq on impulse.

She very gamely said , "OK" and we were off. It was a good thing she came coz I was looking at so many "wu ah bo"/bo liao things and she was going on and on like a broken tape recorder , " YOU DON'T NEED THAT FOR SCHOOL!"

Haha, and then I accompanied her to the Airport to see her friend off while I indulged in my much craved Popeye's biscuit.

Felt kinda funny though. I took a few bites and felt as though I was sick, but that sick feeling wasn't physical, more like mentally caused =\

Anyhow, there was this fine day I really just felt like throwing everything out the window and do whatever I wanted to do.

So I decided I was going to go BKK. Initially alone, but I remembered Cousin JX wanting to go as well, so I called her along.

=| It has been a rolly polly week for me.

I have so many back logged events to blog about too as you can see from my facebook.

Will do them in a bit.

I went to watch this with ZX. Literally burst into tears within minutes of the movie opening. If you've watched it, you'd know why.

That night was pretty pivotal in terms of the grounds we're standing on, in the relationship between us now.

After several talks and smses convo I guess I have to face facts myself.

He repeatedly kept throwing the, " I still love you but I don't have much time for you yet ,I am uni year 2 now ! It is totally different from poly, and I am very stressed, I don't know anything that's being said in lecture etc etc I borrowed 20K from the bank, I don't just want a normal degree I want to do well, yada yada. Wait til I settle my things yada yada yada" at me.

So it was quite clear to me that I was never, and will not be, in the near future, at the top in his priority list. Not even near the top.

His best friend, upon hearing what I relayed to him, only typed out a sentence on his msn, " that idiot."

I don't know, what do you think?

To me, yes, I can understand his stress and everything, it IS important and GOOD that he places his degree that highly, that's what makes people successful isn't it?

But it kind of hurts that I'm not in the picture anywhere along his way to success.

That's where my problem is.

And I'm going to try, to get over him today. I said try. It may not happen, I may still be hung up on him but oh well.

List of things I'm going to do

1. Try and lose weight.

This is going to be really hard, considering the fact that I have whacked sleeping hours and been eating all the time. It's a bad habit, eating , then feeling guilty about it, but what to do.

Reminds me of what my cousin CF said previously when he was in SG.

"See la, tell you not to eat so much, now you've spoilt your body already. Next time in case anything how to go back on the dating scene" he said, not accurately but along the gist of that.

Kinda hurt, but what was worse was that he was right.

2. Save money to buy MY stuff from now on.

3. Concentrate on my day job, don't screw it up, and if I do, make sure I unscrew it, and resign come January.

4.Prepare for school reopening.

Books, pencil box, pens, notes, etc etc.

STILL don't have a school bag. ARGH!
Bought for ZX one for his birthday. I wanted the exact same one in RED D;

5. Clear out my closet, and room stuff.
6. Plan out meticulously for Hommekind.
7. Do well in Urban EM.
8. Research on licenses.
9. Save money for Hommekind.

I wanted to purchase the Diana F+ instant back as well as the holga instant back as well. However, it is so expensive! Pray that UO goes to storewide sale soon.

Sigh. I don't feel so good.

Got woken up today by a call from one of my managers.

"Why you never come today?". she exclaimed. Today was the supposed day for our company conference.

"Doc's appointment!", I lied, I just really didn't want to go as I went last year -.-

Friday I went to my aunt's house early and they brought me to the chiropractor. AWESOME UNCLE, I tell you, he only did foot reflexology and my neck and back felt better!

I then fell asleep.

Was supposed to meet ZX for the movie UP, which I so anticipated as I read in the Fmylife.com page about several adults crying like crazy, as it was a rather deep show, and that children still found it funny.

I didn't wake up on time, ZX called to say that all cinemas were sold out anyway and he just bought food for me all the way to my house and well as some muscle plasters before he went off again to the night.

I fell asleep again after eating till this morning.

Today as I entered one of my primary schools, I encountered 2 ladies at the front porch, they seemed to be temperature takers/ registration counter people.

" Here for the P1 registration?", one of them asked.

*facepalm* (0.0)o "I LOOK LIKE A MOM??!" I exclaimed in a very dismayed voice.

She started laughing and said that no la, thought I was a young mom.

Then the other vice principal, he saw me a number of times already, don't know why today, didn't recognise me and went, " Here for the P1 registration?" as well, and I uttered the same response.

WA KAO.

Then I went off in a cab to my aunt's house as I will be visiting the chiropractor later on for my aching back =(

The cab driver kept on speaking to me and then thought I was 32 -35 years old. I was like SUPER WTF.

SRSLY WTF!

Then when I was paying up cash he turned around to look at me and said that I did look mature for my age, but it was more of my speaking.

WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.

Speaking maturely is good la I guess...... WTFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Told my aunt I wanted to die and she went, " See la told you not to eat so much."

We drank tom yum soup TWICE today, to make up for our lousy dinner yesterday.
Head hurt today, could hace been because I whammed my head pretty hard on the low roof of the tuk tuk when getting in.

Damn. Anyway, when going back to the hotel at night, Cousin JX and I sat in this chiongster tuk tuk la.

Seriously, sometimes I think we're pretty bipolar, as in even though its quite dangerous, as in he really went at a very high speed and all, we just kep on laughing at EVERY road bump that made us fly up and at every turn he went especially when he went through the slum areas.

Don't worry, we were holding on tight to the carriage thats why we could laugh like siao.

Very sian, I want to sit more cabs, but tuk tuk seems to get us everytime. Or the bloody cab wants to quote us so I was like )*#)@(#_)(@#!, N O.

We tried this road side fried kueh which was pretty nice! Reminded me of the "nipple cake" I had in Indonesia. In fact, its almost the same just that this is fried.

I could have gone the entire day without eating but my cousin was fainting.Hmmmmm!

I've recently been on an oldies kick.

Been reflecting a little these few days and doing some serious thinking for the future.

Everything's askew, funny how just one person can my plans involving so many people sometimes.

In memoriam of ah ma.

I will not lie and say that we were close.
However ah ma was the only living grand parent I have known.
Was making plans the night before to visit ah ma at the hospital as well.
I was more concerned for my dad instead when I received the SMS from him on Wednesday Morning before heading off to work,
He took a direct morning flight back from Ho Chin Minh, and I heard that he was the last one to take a last look at ah ma before they closed the casket.

That would be one thing my bro and I kinda regret, we didn't know that the family wouldn't want to embalm her or we would have rushed down to take a final look as well.

I could see my dad was a little disappointed that we didn't let our side of family know about the passing of his mother, however certain issues will always have consequences. I guess he does not know it yet.

All in all , I am thankful ah ma passed away peacefully.
And she of course will be in my memories.

Recently, I also had a flea to attend!

The morning started out with Omala giving me a lift!

HAHAHA! THANKS MANY MANY YOU BITCHIN OMALA!

He was on his way to the NDP site with his friend as well, thus gave me a lift.

Breakfast for the day!

I seriously felt like vomitting blood after that.

The bloody contractors took so long to unload and worse still was that they didnt help set up the tables. Was rather furious and I was so SORE, I was setting up the tables like crazy and lugging all the table tops and such.

The flea vendors were all waiting as we were setting up and I couldn't help but envy those vendors that had their boyfriends along with them so early in the morning helping them to carry items and such.

=\ Felt like pulling my hair midway setting the tables la. 100+ tables leh, and I only had manpower of like 5 persons? 4 at the end and only 2 guys.

Luckily most of the vendors are bloody nice people.

I also noticed right, a lot of stalls, there were a lot of parents.
Felt so.... I don't know maybe I was pleasantly surprised that the parents of the younger generation seem to be so interested in their kids' stuff and want to help out as best as they can you know what I mean?

I had companions for the day =)

This guy with the pink dress is an acquaintance who came down with a friend of mine, Desmond.

He seriously knows how to talk, too bad no more aunties around the vicinity for him to "kill"

HAHAHAHAHA.

GL, CL,Di & Mike were friggin angels after the flea.
They helped me with dismantling and moving of the damn tables.
At that point of time I felt like flinging myself and giving them serious bear hugs but I think their reaction will not reciprocate my feelings. LOL.

Well, July 11th marks the day of a wedding for a classmate of mine in NP.

Time, as you all know is very important, precious, a gift and can never be bottled and kept at near reach.

Sometimes, we tend to take time for granted and push off what we can do today for tomorrow.

Sometimes,we do our best to compact our day's work in a small segment of time so that we have extra time later on , however not very much quality time due to the exhaustion.

How important is time to you?

DO you judge it by a day?
An hour?
A minute or a second?

What makes you take that extra cab and fork out money so that you will get there faster?

For me, PLENTY of things.

A meeting with a friend, to collect something , to arrive earlier and such.

To others it may be a big waste of money, but think about this:

-Every minute I spend traveling to you is another minute missed out with you.
-Every minute I make someone wait for me to collect something is another minute giving that idle time to formulate gossip in their idle minds about the reputation of me/my job.
-That extra half an hr to sleep or get ready can prevent so many unwanted stress later on in the day.

Usually time cannot be bought, so in any case that you can actually use monetary value in exchange for the ticking clock, be grateful.

So the next time, I give you the time of my day, be honored.

For my time is precious, needed and important.

I am so busy that it's not even funny -.-
My bf has been complaining non-stop of how he doesn't even get to hold a conversation on the phone or a sms session with me longer than 15 mins.

As most of you may know I am currently aggressively selling flea stalls for the Fashionista Series @ SMU.

After the stalls are sold out, the aggressive marketing will start.

On top of that, the H1N1 thing is not exactly making life at school a cup of tea, you should see all the neon stickers (when we register to get into the school, we need a sticker to make sure we're ok) on our clothes / bags at the end of the day man.

Except my school, prolly only a few practice that, I usually just walk in and wave my pass as they know who I am already.

Not to mention the audits I have to do T_T AIYO.

Good thing is my call center job allows me to do one day one week, so yea.

Something you all maybe won't know about me is that no matter how tired I am , I have to bum around watch shows/read stuff for about an hour or so, then I will actually feel like sleeping, so a day usually goes about work, maybe meet bf or more work then go home and bum a bit, then sleep.

By bum around, I mean "me time" as in I spend time on my own only, not on the phone with anyone, not talking to anyone, just spending time on my pwn do stupid shit, sometimes watch shows / read books/ play games/ do handicraft stuff or fill out my schedule book and such.

Blogging may also happen to be some me time, but at the moment, I am so busy I sometimes forget what the hell I wanted to blog about.

Today, I went for this briefing at JJC, got stationed at the entrance to take temperature. Worrying that most OMs will not bring their registration forms and cause a jam in the drive way, I walked out towards the road under the hot sun holding out forms. Turns out most of them didn't bring as well -.-|||

After that went back office then out to AMK, meet bf to walk around. He stopped and talked to a friend he bumped into and I went to wander around the mall, suddenly someone jumped out at me and I was so surprised la.

Turned out it was Syafiqah! HAHAHAHA, caught me at a good time too! SHe was heading out for dinner so I accompanied her since my BF was busy talking away with his friend.

HEEHEEHEE! GOOD CHAT! Bf kept calling us gossip girls. HAHAHAHAHAHHA.

Ah well, got a photoshoot, jobs, friends ,aunts, hopefully an outing with dad, 21st birthdays and bf on the cards these few weeks. Gotta manage my time better!

Day started out we us getting on a cab.

THE BF FINALLY TAKE CAB WILLINGLY WITHOUT ME MAKING NOISE.

Pretty purse for the day that I bought from TW.

Love it, except that it really can't fit much things!

The weather was fine.

BF brought me to,

The Ritz Carlton Hotel's Greenhouse Buffet.

The famous champagne free flow with an additional charge of $27++

The entire place was very big, well-spaced and nicely decorated.
There were approximately 8 stations ranging from cold seafood, local delights, international dishes, desserts, Jap food and salads.

There is no free flow of any other beverages included in the buffet except for water.

Drinks on the side will cost at least $8 SGD & above.

Ordered a peach smoothie for arnd $12, it was SO SWEET.

I kept diluting it with my water.

Sashimi,sushi,oysters, scallops,crab, lobsters and prawns.
If you love seafood, this is one place not to be missed out.

Dessert! =)

Recently I have been following the on goings of N.Korea like glue.

When I'm in the call center, I would take few mins to peek at channel News asia to see what the hell have they been up to.

And usually, the thought always run through my head about what the hell would I do if a nuclear war was declared and about to break out as I sat there.

I guess my first reaction will be to rip off my head set and go home to be with my loved ones.

Imagine my incredulity and amusement when CNN/BCC news reported that N.korea had a ship with suspected arms on it heading towards Singapore.

I was seriously VERY amused, albeit the severity if any provocation was to ensue.

What do we have here in tiny SG for them? Why come to us? As though we got anything to give them, or will help them like that.

Many a times, when situations like these unfold, I couldn't help but wish I was there at ground zero to take in the atmosphere and actually BE there to do something or witness it.

Take the Mumbai terrorist hi-jacking the hotel issue.

Wonder what I was in my past life to actually have such a natural inclination/yearning for these things.

So I take it you all can guess what I contemplated being when I was growing up right.

A few day's ago I fell ill. Slight fever but I still had to go on through with my event at the arena.

My job there was to take care of internal on goings to make sure all bands were in sync.

One band in particular I just felt like giving them the boot, adults already still behave like that.

Was really happy with meeting two of the sponsors mainly sup & Fad Media.

They were very nice and friendly and they will fully have my support from now on.

Made quite a number of new friends too, hahaha effing funny.

Shi Xiong, NP (MOT) ,& Kendrick respectively, was working with both of them. Both of them are very good companions to work with as they talk the same talk as me. HAHAHA

Wendy, I know that you know that I know that you think he's cute and that i know. HAHA. Too bad la! XDD! And I know that you know what it means. HAHAHAHAHA.

OK, want to hear my crazy weekend?

On Sunday, I slept in til 8PM, yes THAT late.

Coz I had an event ongoing from 9PM till 4AM.

It was my first time heading there and it was pretty interesting. Bad thing about St James was the maze of a route from the entrance to the dance floor.

Meet my colleague Jillian, who also happens to be shifu's (Jiachen) GF! HAHAHA SMALL WORLD PLEASE.

The guy on the right is my boss.

The show opened with 3 dancers from climbing up from the dance floor.

Out came all the models in different design.

The theme for the show was POP ART & Industrial design.

-.- Somehow the industrial design theme triggered off a russian outfit HAHAHAHA.

The main colours are black white, red & gold. These are incorporated to signify the friendship between Germany and SG.

Oh , Vaunt for this year's main theme was to welcome the kings of freedom. 2 parts of the Berlin wall to be exact and on that 2 pieces of wall were graffiti pictures of kings.

The Russian inspired one.

I liked this one.

I felt that this was so Shanna-ish.
In fact what a rip off from Shanna's portfolio, the poses the model was doing was such a rip off too.

The band playing was not bad but OHMY GOD.

WTF. The crowd there is so mature. The songs sung there are all chinese/cantonese etc. ARGH la. You must go there see yourself to know.

Was playing my NDSi and drinking coke when some sour smelling drunk sat behind me at the bar and wanted to talk to me. I abandoned my 2nd drink midway to walk around instead.

1 half of the money counting , most of it in the paper bag already.

2nd half. Guess how much was in there.

Some of my colleagues, all younger than me a few years, the 2nd from the left looks a bit like Daryl hor! LOL

The time after all money was accounted for was 6AM. I went home, bathed and changed and went out again to attend my 8.30am class which ended at 5pm.

After that, still went to meet bf for dinner because I had another meeting at 7.30PM.

Which ended around 9pm and I rolled home damn stoned.

Oh well.

Went to have dinner today at AMK's branch JUST for the sake of finding out whether it was true.

Was quite disappointed when they still pointed me to the dispensing machines with the label "chili sauce". Thought it was still the same chili! Thus , I immediately called Don to bite his ear off, halfway through, my BF came back grinning with the sauce dishes filled to the brim with orange garlic chili.

Hello one and all.

Life has been busy, I think my work's screwing up and I am screwing up but I have to take steps to unscrew things and I hope I can.

So yea,

TW was great, it was nice getting to see TY again and catching up, it was nice meeting new friends , Michael and Emily, and it was overall a week full of cut offs to works and stress back home.

Well not totally as the mother had a bitch fit before I flew.
Ask me about it if you don't know I will gladly bitch to you.

I wanted to do those type of crystal nails in TW, but it was so exp, approx SGD$100+, crystal nails are those nail extension that start from the tip, not those acrylic paste ons.

Wanted to whack a whole load of cosmetics but again, quite disappointing coz they were rather exp!

Only thing I did successfully do was dying my hair.

I miss the Momo paradise buffet. Thinking about it makes me salivate.

I don't miss the effing MRT stairs. GAWD! Now I know why TW girls legs so damn thin.

I miss the fried mushrooms already but just the other day BF and I spotted a stall selling it in AMK! YAYS!

As you can see my FB status, I lost half a burger today due to some fugly flying ant landing on my arm and forgetting that I had a burgerin my left hand I smashed my burger into my right arm, missing the fugly fly and ruining my half burger.

The thing I noticed about XMD, was that they had a crazy amount of hair salons! Some going up to 5 flrs high! The most popular was this particular salon called "乱剪" crazy cut. I think it is because that it provides waiting areas for people with computers and stuff.

They also had a lot of these kinds of buildings that are abandoned. Heard they don't do anything about it as well.

How cool is that , they have a friggin copier. When will our 7-11 LEARN??!
They also have a crock pot full of piping hot tea eggs and a machine filled with soup and soup soaked ingredients that you might want to eat.

We went in search of this particular restaurant called MOMO paradise, highly recommended by my bro's gf.

IT IS DAMN WORTH IT! $299 per person for sukiyaki buffet. Their food is damn fresh too. Eat the afternoon one mind you! Cheaper and have free flow of drinks too!

It is touted to be the Orchard Road of Taipei, but to me it is more of a very very large version of Haji Lane.

We went to the green building Sogo to eat our lunch first.

There was this somewhat food court at Sogo's basement, where it operates like a food court except they give you this device to go take a seat first, and when it beeps and flashes its LEDs, it means your food is ready to be collected. Neat huh!

So ah beng!

Both our meals. Quite expensive, approx $20 SGD for us.

Wanted to take away one badly but BF wanted to go shopping, and I scared the cake will melt so =( Everything there had strawberries! Looks yummy!

When we went out of Sogo, we were greeted by this sight,

I was like , " OOOOOH! Motorbike gang ah!?"

Turns out it was a parade for the Deaflympics going to be held in Taipei.

Off we went to the famous Breeze center where everyone was saying that the place has a lot of nrwzd things.

I agree! But it is not the center itself, it is the SHOP inside the center and the SHOP name is called "Hands Tailung" which can also be found at the humongous spread of Shinkong dept stores near 101 tower.

Breeze center is somewhat like our Paragon, branded labels inside with one or two affordable stuff stores like the hands tailung.

I would recommend going to the Shinkong branch instead. At least that area had more shopping malls around.

Some of their grafitti was quite cute, but cannot make out what they are writing -.-. Some of them were as high as the 3rd level, don't know how they manage to spray so high.

Taiwan Day 4 (Sunday)

Underground metro shopping malls
Dihua street
Shihlin
Ximending

Went to explore the underground shopping malls todays.Walked a distance of a whopping 3 stations or so.

A disappointment I must say. It is nothing like our CityLink filled with trendy boutiques and cafes.

We visited :

Station front metro mall
Taipei Metro mall
Taipei new world mall
East metro underground mall

One of them was a gamer/comic book fan's haven. They sold game consoles, memorabilia and other stuff related to comics and games. The occasional shoe, accessory shops available, but again, dated.

There was one particular part where it was like a mini "little Indonesia" hang out place for all the indonesians, you could see the Indo flags on shops and the coffee shops around that area were all serving Indo cuisine.

Another stretch was the BOOK MALL, huge store of books, young people were hanging out there practicing their guitars, whereas the station after was sort of like a dance training session central, in which even the station installed mirrors on the wall so all the dance groups can practice there.

The Metro is rather supportive of dance groups, even holding competitions for it.

That is all about the underground shopping malls. Really nothing much.

We rolled to Dihua street 迪化街 to get my aunt's mian xian, however, they were closed -.-

They sell dried stuff, food stuff and herbs etc. All things to do with COOKING.

We went off to Shihlin later on to collect my payeasy items which I had help with.

This post would probably be the most picture choked one.

The day started out with us catching our HSR train at Taipei Main station.
We had purchased our tickets the day before,

NT$400 for 2 persons return tix. 1030AM & 10PM

Apparently, during non-peak periods, there is a discount.

The HSR is LOVELY.
If possible, I would very much love to sit it again to any destination on my next trip to TW.

We were heading to Taoyuan for Tomita farm!

Your tickets have the seat numbers. Thus you most definitely will have a seat.

They even have a snack trolly! X) HOW COOL IS THAT! Oh and best thing of all? There were TOILETS on the train.

My awesome aviators that my bf kept stealing from me to wear. At the end of the day BF dropped it on the ground and there was a scratch on the reflective surface =(

En route to Taoyuan.

You can see that the area gets less and less congested with buildings and traffic and slowly becomes more and more rural and more towards farm lands.

I do not know why, but Taoyuan seemingly seems to be naturally cold, maybe it's because of the cloudy weather.

My BF wants a "Kiss & ride", thats why he ran over to the sign, you want to give him? HEHEHEHE

Taoyuan HSR station

BF says hi, at the shuttle bus station beside Taoyuan HSR station.

There will be a few shuttle bus routes, I suggest before you go, print a copy of directions or the address and map of Tomita farm in CHINESE , and make sure the font is big like a size 16. Luckily I did that, and managed to point the farm and address out to various people to ask them for directions and they will point you to the bus to take and when you board the bus, remember to ask the uncle as well.

1st bus I took from the Taoyuan HSR station, platform 4, was to be ridden right to the very end where there will be another small bus interchange, that will be Taoyuan terminal.

F-O-C

2nd, take another bus to daxi 大溪 bus terminal. The trip will be about 45mins.

Fare approx NT$50 for 2 persons.

3rd, board a bus to tzuhu 竹湖 ( I think its written this way?).
It will bring you to Tomita Farm.

However, Bf & I boarded a cab at Daxi and the fare was about NT$160 which was pretty worth it as we stopped directly outside the gate.

So in total:

- There are 3 bus rides to take if you want to go by bus all the way, or you could be like us, just take a cab for the last leg when you're in daxi.

Daxi was pretty charming in its way, but also pretty scary.

Scary to think that if I grew up in a place like that what would life be like.

It was rather rural, plenty of crop land, and the occasion city bustle but every block we seem to go past seems to be closed.

Finally,

our destination! TOMITA FARM!

Main entrance, entry fee NT$100 per person, fully redeemable at the cafe inside.

The farm was breathtaking. A LOT of couples were there taking their wedding shots, and we can see why, it was just so... picturesque!

The weather at Tomita farm was quite cooling. Was rather pleasantly surprised! Thought it was going to be a warm day too.

After our small tea break, we ran for Leofoo Village only to realise it was closed.

I stupidly suggested taking a cab back to Taoyuan HSR and the total bill was NT$1200.
BF was nagging at me all the way like crazy but I was like, we're tourists, we don't know the way back so anything k!

On the way back to Taoyuan HSR,

We saw this really weird house!

Was kinda intrigued by it!

Well, after our failed Leofoo plans were scrapped, we decided to head over to Zhong Xiao fu xing again to walk around.

Decided to give this place a go.

This is mine, the pastry was incredible, you can taste the egg glaze, it was puffy and crispy. Not too sweet as well. Lovely.

FRESH FRUIT people, in liberal amounts. FRESH FRUIT!

Total spent for both of us max NT$500.

They will serve ice water with a tang of lemon in it. Just nice to balance out any excessive sweetness.

BF was flipping through mags, and suddenly showed me this page saying that Linda last time was so pretty, now don't know what happen.

While his eye was on the girl, mine was on the excerpt.

Turns out she visited the place before! And she happened to like it very much.

I'm sorry there aren't anypics for these but let me tell you thise,

the only things you will find worth getting there would be chinese magazines.

I find that their English magazines were almost similar to ours in pricing and their stationary was nothing to scream about unlike the korean ones I always purchase.

Their lomo camera range was SO EXPENSIVE that I reeled my hand back in terror when the person told me the price.

Not worth it, so expensive =\ however, the entire building there are several storeys ,if you are wide awake at night and have nothing to do, this is a pretty good place to go nooky nooky around.

Woke up to check out of our convenient Rainbow Hotel at approximately 12pm.
Travelled to gu ting(古亭） Station where our home stay was located near by.

TY sourced out for us this particular home stay as it had good reviews via word of mouth and that it was near her school.

The homestay provides:

Soap & Shampoo
washing machine

communal fridge
Kitchen
Wireless internet [ REMEMBER TO ASK THE OWNER FOR THE PASSWORD BEFORE SHE GOES OFF!]

It was really interesting! We actually got to experience how Taiwanese people live in the city!
You had to walk through a lane to the back alley where the house was located and even though the building looks narrow, space is maximised to the fullest usage, such as a narrow corridor etc.

We left our luggage in the room and went off to beitou!!!!!!!

After serious walking, my feet were aching like mad!

Was thoroughly looking forward to a nice relaxing hot spring dip!

At Beitou Station, there will be a shuttle bus just for Spring resort.

Quite pricey! NT$800 per person for the outdoor hot spring pools, unlimited time. However, there is only so long you can stay inside right?

There were 9 different hot/cold springs in the outdoor facility.

Must wear swimsuit and bring a shower cap. Cannot take photos inside. Thus the lack of pictures.

Out of the nine pools, 2 were cold springs.

And by cold, it was really cold.

And the rest were hot springs with temperatures 40 degrees celsius and up. It might take some getting used to, to the hot water.

The fun part about the pools was that each pool had a different usage or therapy.

There was the Cleopatra cold spring, the slimming pool ( The hottest water, 42 deg.), the massage one with the water cascading down from the top to hit your back below ( That one was the most relaxing) and much more.

After that you can bathe at their bath house which also provides:

hair dryers
ear buds
soap and shampoo
towels
hair dryer

Quite cool I must say, but again. Hefty price!

After showering, we sneaked a few pictures.

Throughout the 8 days, there were times when I desperately needed coffee and it was VERY difficult to get Starbucks coffee as the queues were so long EVERYWHERE.

0.o Don't ask me why! There was no signage outside stating any promo either. Oh well!

Danshui laojie!

Be it with friends or family this is a very nice place to go to!
Very interesting, with the sea so near by and street after street with game stalls, food, and fashion stuff.

We got a miniature one though, coz we wanted to try out other stuff.

AHAHAHA, XH look!

Immediately thought of XH. Turned out it was also a home stay! AT DANSHUI! HEEHEE!

Danshui's famous ah gei (阿给） We noted that in forums, they were saying the fishballs were famous and etc.

Thus we tried that out. Found it nothing to be raved about.

Turned out that the most famous thing was what the store was named after, an ah gei, which is something like toufu wrapping tung hoon in some soup.

This mushroom snack in Danshui is my new found drug, I kept CRAVING for it can.

It's just mushroom deep fried in batter, but somehow so yummy and healthy at the same time D:

Danshui had this bag store called the NT$50 store? However the bags inside are really dated, some nice one will go for maybe NT$200.

OH! And Danshui has this store that sells the cutest candy in the cutest packaging.

See, its called Sophisca, along one of the streets. I forgot the address! T_T SO SORRY!

The candy's not cheap though! Do take note!

We soon left that day to go walk around Shilin NM again. Haha, cannot get enough of that place.

We went to line up for the famous Hot star fried chicken

and damn is it big and juicy and terrific-ly yummy.

It accompanied us for our mian xian dinner.

We went to eat Ah Zong Mian xian!

The place where they don't offer tables, haha, it is supposed to be eaten like that.
Was really yummy and cheap too! Approximately SGD $1+ for a small bowl, SGD$2+ for a big bowl!

In fact the whole day, we didnt eat a proper dinner, we just went around buying all the small snacks till we were full.

This time we visited the pet section again, it was quite cruel of the store owners to place them in a container like that with all the bright & hot lights glaring at them =\ What can we do?

How I wish I can da pao ( take away) one puppy or rabbit back to SG.

Taiwan Day 7 & Day 8(Last day)

Well, it was the 2nd last day of our trip and I was making SUCH a fuss to go to Leofoo theme park that we scratched out the possibility of a one day trip to kaoshiung or taichung.

We had help from this visitor's booth at the MRT the other day and was told that there was actually a shuttle bus from jing an MRT station 景安，there was just one exit which led us to the outside with an area full of bus stop signages, there is one that states clearly of the route going to leofoo village.

The timings for the morning runs are:

However here is the interesting part, we got approached by a woman wearing a uniform asking us whether we were going to the theme park which we nodded in reply. Turns out she was a taxi driver and was poaching business from the bus queue!

She quoted us $200 per person and we agreed since we missed the bus by a few lousy mins, and when there was 5 persons , all strangers, good to go, we boarded her cab and she drove each of us to seperate locations.

We had one local lady who wanted to go somewhere before leofoo, a couple who wanted to go to window on china theme park (小人国），and lastly us who wanted to go to leofoo Village.

The taxi driver drove each one to the front entrance, got down and escorted us to the ticket counter briefing us about anything we should know.

So to us, NT$200 was pretty well spent.

Finally!

We went quite early and on a wednesday , thus there really wasn't any crowd at all except for the few buses of tourists and students.

The stretch of road we have to walk before we reach the actual theme park.

The first thing you'll see would be ponds and 4 entrances.

3 entrances lead to the theme park and the one furtherest to the right would be their zoo.

Went into the Arabian land.

First ride of the day,

The ring of fire. Wasn't a thrilling ride, the only exciting part is when you get to hand upside down. LOL.

The Arabian land rides are suitable for families as they are not adrenaline inducing rides, they don't really have speed and height.

There was even a Moroccan man selling the famous Moroccan ice cream yelling around in Mandarin, albeit slightly off key, " ICE CREAM! VERY FRESH ICE CREAM!"

We wandered off to the "tiki forest" theme park where a few of the rides were under maintenance. Again, not very thrilling rides. Well, one of the rides that caught my eye was under maintenance though.

Walked toward the wild wild west part and there was one ride which was rather fun.

In which you'll be propelled towards the sky at a very, very high speed.

BF didn't dare to accompany me on this one. HAHAHAHA

This seems to be the only solace for thrill seekers though, what a pity that there weren't anymore rides of this caliber in the theme park!

We then went to the zoo!

Very interesting zoo I must say!

BF likes birds. The parrots are not chained or whatsoever you know? Cool.

There was an area where you cna go feed and pet the animals, however for this little kid, the mother kept trying to ram us whenever we got super close or about to feed it.

PFFT!

There were horses, but you had to pay to get a ride. I was kinda lucky, an uncle beside me passed me a bunch of leaves to feed it FOC, when I wasn't looking the sneaky horse chomped on the entire bunch which I planned to feed it bit by bit.

=/ (P.S: I know my hair's kinda messy, just got off the screaming condor ride and didn't know my hair was in a mess)

The Monorail ride! It brings us around an animal compound, some animals we got to see upclose and some from a height or distance.

Such as,

Rhinos!

Giraffes!

And my favourite!

Ostriches! Instead of running away, they ran towards us to peer at us. Hahahaha!
Monorail train guide was saying that they are very curious animals and they'd always come towards us to look at us as well. THE IRONY!

Last but not least we went on this bus tour into the caged compound of carnivorous animals.

It was really interesting. No pictures as the bus ride was bumpy and couldn't get a good shot. We went past bears, tigers, lions and baboons ( I think?), those were the real scary ones , baboons, they were rather aggressive and chased after the bus while the rest were just lazing around.

Well, after a good few hours , we went off to get the E-go bus to jing an station.

Got myself a drink, the back ground behind is the vast car park of leofoo village.
(Their Fanta packaging so cute -.-)

Their E-go bus works this way, the ride to the ticketing counter is free, but you have to get down and buy the tickets then board the bus again which would head to Taipei.

Before the bus arrives at a destination, they will announce it and you would have to press the bell to alert the driver otherwise he will just drive off.

The E-go bus was clean,spacious and comfy. Kind of like those tour buses you sit when you go oversees.

We got down at Zhong xiao dun hua. Approximately $400 NT for both of us max.

We then headed to Sogo, the green building to purchase a porter bag for the bf.

Apparently, money changers are nowhere to be found, thus we had no choice to change at Sogo at the lousy rate of SGD$1: NT$20.80. T_T

Porter in Taiwan is rather popular, a walk in the streets can vouch for it when every teenager walking pass you seems to tote one.

Turns out, comparing its prices to SG's porter branch, TW's porter was cheaper by quite a bit!

BF bought this bag which is bigger than A4 for around $250 SGD MAX.

Good deal I say.

Oh well. This pretty sums up our day.

Day 8 (Thursday)

The next day , we woke up, went to take a walk and a light snack,

Had lunch and packed all our luggage and headed to Dihua street 迪化街 again, this time with Emily姐姐, the place which sells all sorts of herbs, dried goods, home made noodles and the sorts, sort of like a market selling dried goods except this place offers more variety.

Went there for the sole mission of getting my aunt's homemade mian xian. Turns out it was a pretty famous store for it's mian xian noodles.

In fact, Emily 姐姐 was telling us that the entire street during CNY will be flooded. Till the extent that traffic cannot drive through.

After we procured our noodles, we went off to the airport a good 3 hrs before our flight as I was rather scared of traffic hindering us.

Almost blew up at the airport staff regarding baggage allowance , but dad's friend was there. So I kept my mouth shut and beseeched him to help me mail my parcels instead.

JetStarAsia kept on pushing the responsibility here and there. When I was checking in at the SG airport, they told me that I can purchase an extra 20KG baggage allowance, but ONLINE. I tried several times but to no avail, made a phone call and was told that I can only do it at Taiwan's Taoyuan airport. And the staff had many discrepancies, one staff said SGD $70 can purchase the 20KG allowance, another one said $15 SGD per kg. That's crazy.

First time actually wearing a mask. LOL. Lucky I brought, the person beside BF kept coughing and coughing like crazy.

In fact, 70% of the flight's passengers were wearing masks except the coughing dude. Grrrr.

One of my colleague took off on a whim and at the drop of a hat to BKK once his friend asked him to go along.

So now I am taking over his 5.5hr shift at the call center. D;

I am already halfway through my TW posts.
Toinight I may just be able to rush through them.
Tomorrow I have a very long day. I now officially hate Mondays until this stupid SPUR thing is over. OVER.

BF ran finish his Sundown marathon in 6 hrs! Not bad, considering it is a crazy 84/42KM course.
I still say, CRAZY!

Oh well, they like can already HAHAHA.

Don's dinner was like some wedding banquet place.
Outing with the homies at night to the Sentosa Cove was eye-opening, however just made me realise the antics and habits of Singaporeans as well.

1st May - Labour day!

Had work in the call center in the morning ! Pay was good, thus I put myself in for a slot and got it.

After that went to find my bf and fly around as usual.

Can't really remember what happened but I think it was operation keep bf in room again. HAHAHAHAHA.

2nd May - SECRET MISSION

First half of our secret mission, the usual suspects, was at McDonalds Parkway. 2nd Half was at Roy's, we all rolled around half asleep at 4am and we still weren't done.

8th May - Effing busy day.

Had an inspection in the morning at Pathlight, a school for autistic children I heard, beautiful school, it totally did not look like a school. All of us were very impressed with it.

Then had a meeting at noon, and ran home after that to get ready for Mao's NDU grad night at Marina Mandarin.

Mao was like, " Theme is glamorous, but I don't care I am just wearing a formal shirt and jeans."

I was like," o.0 You sure a not? Later everyone wear nice nice you down there odd one out lor."

At the end of the day when I reached, true to my word, everyone was dressed to the nines.
En route to meet Mao at the ballroom I was like, " See la!" at him.

Mao: They're all crazy.

HAHHAAHHA Typical Mao la!

He was a very lucky fellow the whole night, keep on winning things.

Met with a few familiar faces! Lester, my orientation grp mate and Max, volleyball mate!

In fact, main organiser was Max, and he did a splendid job. It is the very same ballroom where my cousin's wedding dinner room was held. And Mao paid such a hefty price for both of us , I was like WTF.

Even though I knew no one there, the entertainment was great, as the audience was damn enthu. And I want to strangle Max the next time I see him. Why?

Mao: I always ask Max whether you pretty a not but he will always reply, " Ah? zr ah? Sweet la Sweet la!"

Mao's friends behind him were trying to hide their laughter when I was already trying to hunt Max down. Reason I didn't strangle him in the photo was because I was already in the ballroom and his date was there.

It is one thing to actually hear about shitty things and another thing to actually see it for your own eyes.

Mao & Max's hellweek was one mindf-king thing to go through. Lester was like crying in one of the scenes and another one Mao was like seriously hunched and very tired looking already. MAO LEH, the one in ATC or whatever shit don't ask just do, don't complain just do that MAO leh. Then the other guy beside him in the vid was crying as well.

Then they filmed all the tasks they have to go through and all the shit, seriously felt like crying for them man -.-|| No joke coz I if I were to actually be in their shoes, I think I'll freak out and snap. Chain push ups? Submersed in ice and water at night? Leopard crawling catching? WTF,Siao. Srsly I look up to them already.

I also was like, " Eh Mao, you say other girls you never call coz they got BF you paiseh , I also got BF why you will ask me o.O"

Mao: Too good friend with you liao thats why.

Haha! Good to know that.

Jen the other night was also asking me that I seem to be very close with guy friends, my bf won't get jealous?

My reply was that I knew whats what, a friend is a friend, nothing more, nothing less. I am not someone who is easily swayed by notions.

9th May - Jacq's SUPER belated birthday dinner

We went to Dallas Restaurant & Bar.
Choices were very limited and seriously, just stick with the ribs which are their specialty.

Loads of them drank tea while WS, Bday girl and I opted for cocktails.

10th May - Marc's 21st bday high tea!

Even though it was a few short hours , we had a good time eating high tea at Jurong Point's Kuishinbo and walking around chit chatting.

We really are very busy these days, to get together seems so hard but hey we all made it.

Their hi-tea spread was not that bad, it was from 3.30PM - 5PM.

They included sushi,salads, soup, porridge, a few fried items and desserts.

After lunch, went to find OMALA at city hall, just nice he was there when I had to run an errand there too. HEHEHE! I complained saying that Oliner got a DSI already! I still don't have and he was like what the hell, let's go get your belated 21st present then.

11th May - SPUR DAY

Kinda boring! Lucky my table were 3 malay fellows that got a bit of experience with wiring. There was another classmate , who happened to be my EMSU colleague, a malay uncle, he is very nice but omg his breath -.- Every time he talked there was some sour smell mixed with the breath smokers get.

So if you smoke, TAKE NOTE OF YOUR BREATH.

Anyhow, I already got started packing, first time I really pack a suitcase in a very long time, the last time I brought a suitcase was an empty one to BKK.

The weather is gorgeous, no I kid you not. I LOVE stormy nights, they make lying in bed that extra special.
